Azeem Banatwalla

Azeem Banatwalla is a Mumbai-based stand-up comedian and writer, widely regarded as one of the sharpest, most consistently intelligent voices on the Indian comedy circuit. He trained as a computer engineer before moving into writing — first as a humour and social media writer, then as a founding member of East India Comedy (EIC), the sketch and stand-up collective whose YouTube work has crossed over 100 million views.
